Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot your password? below the Sign In button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for a message from Chreos Accounting.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email (or copy and paste the link into your browser).
- Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Reset Password.
- You'll be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.
Important Notes
- The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
- Each new reset request invalidates any previous reset links.
- Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your administrator.
Can't Reset Your Password?
If email is not configured for your organisation, or if you're having trouble with the reset process, contact your manager or administrator. They can set a new password for you through the admin panel.
