Getting Started

This guide walks you through your first steps after receiving access to the Chreos Dashboard.

Logging In

  1. Navigate to your Chreos Dashboard URL (provided by your administrator)
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Log In
If you've forgotten your password, contact your administrator to have it reset.

Your First Login

When you log in for the first time, you may be prompted to link your Chreos account. This connects your dashboard login to your Chreos desktop system, allowing the dashboard to display your business data.

Your administrator will provide you with your Chreos username and password if needed.

The dashboard uses a sidebar navigation on the left. On mobile devices, tap the menu icon to open it.

Key areas:

  • Dashboard — Your main view with business data and widgets
  • AI Assistant — The chat icon in the bottom-right corner opens the AI helper

Security

  • Your session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity
  • Always log out when using a shared device
  • Never share your login credentials with others
