My Settings

You can manage your account settings — such as your display name and password — without needing to contact an administrator.

Accessing My Settings

Click your name in the top-right corner of the page (visible on every screen). This takes you to the My Settings page.

Changing Your Name

  1. Update the Full Name field with your new name.
  2. Click Save Changes.
  3. Your name will be updated immediately across the app, including the top bar.

Changing Your Password

  1. Enter your Current Password to verify your identity.
  2. Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters, must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number).
  3. Enter the new password again in Confirm New Password.
  4. Click Save Changes.
If you leave the password fields blank, your password will remain unchanged.

Changing Your Email

Your email address is displayed on the settings page but cannot be changed by you directly. Contact your manager or administrator to update your email address.
