My Settings
You can manage your account settings — such as your display name and password — without needing to contact an administrator.
Accessing My Settings
Click your name in the top-right corner of the page (visible on every screen). This takes you to the My Settings page.
Changing Your Name
- Update the Full Name field with your new name.
- Click Save Changes.
- Your name will be updated immediately across the app, including the top bar.
Changing Your Password
- Enter your Current Password to verify your identity.
- Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters, must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number).
- Enter the new password again in Confirm New Password.
- Click Save Changes.
Changing Your Email
Your email address is displayed on the settings page but cannot be changed by you directly. Contact your manager or administrator to update your email address.
Chreos sign-in (CWFA)
If your organisation connects companies to Chreos through CWFA, a second card appears on the right (on a wide screen). Its title starts with My, then the active company name, then Settings. It always applies to the company currently selected in the company switcher in the top bar — switch company there first if you need credentials for a different business.
Enter the Chreos username and password you use for that company in Chreos (the same pair the dashboard uses to run reports and widgets). They are encrypted and never shown again after saving. Leave the password blank to keep the saved password when you are only changing the username.
To remove saved Chreos credentials for the selected company, clear both fields and click Save Chreos credentials.
If the dashboard cannot log in to Chreos, you may see a reminder toast with a link back to this page — use the Chreos card to fix or update your details.
